Your daily responsibilities will involve managing inbound communications with participants of employer-sponsored retirement plans, offering guidance and solutions, as well as advising on long-term investment strategies.
As you enhance your expertise through ongoing training, both in the classroom and hands-on, you will become a knowledgeable resource on retirement products and services, helping participants identify their needs and propose impactful solutions.

This position offers a combination of instructor-led training, mentorship, and practical learning during your initial year.
Required Qualifications- Availability to work Monday-Friday during the hours of 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, depending on contact center requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for the consultative process in recommending suitable solutions while educating our participants.
- At least 1 year of experience utilizing computer applications in a professional or academic setting.
- Excellent listening skills to analyze account information and better understand client needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to comply with policies and procedures.
- Ability to adapt to changes in market and business conditions.
- Open to receiving mentorship and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.
- Possession of an active and valid Series 7 & 63 license is beneficial but not mandatory.
- If unlicensed and interested in obtaining FINRA licenses, we provide a clear pathway to support your career aspirations.
