Job Overview:

2Bridge Partners is seeking a senior quant developer to enhance its technological capabilities as it scales.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantitative finance, computer science, or mathematics, with experience in developing and implementing complex mathematical models and algorithms.

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance quantitative models and algorithms for performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate quantitative solutions into broader system architectures
  • Validate models for correctness and edge-cases
  • Maintain market data handlers, data models, and valuation cache
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate advanced quantitative techniques as applicable

Benefits and Compensation:

Total Compensation: $290,000 - $340,000 (base salary + performance-based bonus)

Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, 24 days PTO, and all NYSE holidays

This is a hybrid role, with one day of on-site work per week at an office in either NYC or Stamford
