We are looking for an exceptional Advanced Analytics Specialist to join our team at Gartner, where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge data models and provide valuable insights to support our business objectives.

About the Role:
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop innovative data models.
  • You will apply advanced statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing to extract insights from large and complex datasets.
  • You will develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models to support strategic decision making.
  • You will utilize Python, SQL, and Spark to manipulate and analyze data efficiently.
  • You will create visually compelling reports and presentations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
What You'll Need:
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics) with 3-6 years of equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of data modeling experience in a business environment is required.
  • You will need exceptionally strong mathematical skills, with a deep understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • You will require advanced knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) algorithms.
  • You will have proven experience in developing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive data models.
  • You will be proficient in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • You will be familiar with Spark for big data processing and analysis.
  • You will have experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
