Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to support our Digital & Credit Services team with data science modeling projects as a Customer Operations Intern.

This is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential business insights and hands-on experience in your field. As a full-time, 10-week commitment from May through August, you will work closely with senior executives and assigned mentors to accomplish practical goals.

About the Opportunity

You will have the chance to impact data science modeling projects at Spectrum, working on real-world problems and contributing to the growth of our organization. Your role will involve:

  • Supporting the development of data science models to drive business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Providing analytical support to inform business strategy

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $25,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a bachelor's degree in a STEM-related major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) and a minimum GPA of 3.0. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel locally may be required for training and development events.
