About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to contribute to the development of innovative data models that drive business growth at Gartner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced data models that provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design innovative data solutions.
  • Utilize machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics) with 3-6 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of data modeling experience in a business environment is required.
  • Exceptionally strong mathematical skills, with a deep understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) algorithms.
  • Proven experience in developing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive data models.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Spark for big data processing and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

Salary: $96,000 - $130,500 USD per year.
