Pediatric Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at The Kidz Club PPEC.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients with medical complexities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques.
  • Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current LPN licensure in the state of Kentucky.
  • Recent graduates with provisional licenses are also encouraged to apply.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic charting systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six months of experience as a practicing LPN with pediatric experience.
  • Current negative Tuberculosis skin test (PPD) required.
  • Current CPR (Basic Life Support) certification.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Saturday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

The Kidz Club PPEC provides daily skilled nursing care for children, ages birth to under 21, who have been diagnosed with medical complexities.

PPECs initiate daily conversation among pediatricians, therapists, and family, providing continuity of care through case management, skilled nursing, and enrichment for the betterment of the child.
