Job Title: Associate Professor of Neonatal Pediatrics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Professor of Neonatal Pediatrics to join our team at the University of Kentucky. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for providing inpatient care services in the Pediatric Neonatology Intensive Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct patient care to admitted patients, writing daily progress notes, and submitting clinical charges.
  • Oversee fellow residents, neonatal nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and ancillary staff in providing care.
  • Participate in night and weekend on-call coverage as assigned by the clinical division chief.
  • Provide individual teaching to pediatric residents and other healthcare professionals participating in the care of patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
  • Attend regional, national, and/or international scientific meetings and serve on Children's Hospital and College of Medicine committees as needed.
