As a Host/ess at Planet Hollywood, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests. Your friendly and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer phone calls in a timely and friendly manner, taking messages and providing accurate information to guests
* Greet guests upon arrival and bid them farewell as they depart, ensuring a sincere and personalized experience
* Process To-Go orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Present bills to guests, collect payments, and balance cash receipts in accordance with company policies
* Maintain accurate records of coupons, cash, promotions, vouchers, and credits
* Provide guests with detailed information about our restaurant, including menu offerings and promotions
* Ensure the arrival area remains clean and organized throughout the shift
* Monitor the flow of the restaurant, including table turnover, guest arrival, and pace
* Collaborate with service staff to reset tables quickly and efficiently
* Clean up spills and breakage, and pre-set flatware as needed
* Maintain menus, menu inserts, and other materials in a clean and organized state
* Communicate guest needs to management and service staff as required
* Page and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
* Ensure guests are comfortable while waiting, including the distribution of "crowd pizzas"
* Assist with the sale of gift cards
* Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms and lobby areas
* Welcome and assist job applicants
* Ensure walkways are clear and accessible
* Assist with locating guests for phone calls or messages

**Additional Requirements**

* Familiarity with the Ten Points of Difference and Guest Standards of Execution as outlined in the Host Workbook

As a Host/ess at Planet Hollywood, you will be working in a fast-paced theme park environment. You must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure a seamless guest experience.
