Job Summary
As a Guest Experience Specialist at Marriott International Inc, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in the main areas of the hotel. This role requires a guest-first mindset, empowering you to move about your space and take ownership of operational needs, guest requests, and quality meals. You will be on your feet and moving around, taking a hands-on approach to work, and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and unique.
Key Responsibilities
- Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver quality meals and share the highlights of the local area with guests.
- Take ownership of the guest experience in the main areas of the hotel, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and unique.
- Empower guests to have a seamless and enjoyable stay, providing solutions to any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
