Job Summary

Kum & Go, LC is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious General Manager Trainee to join our team. As a General Manager Trainee, you will be part of a comprehensive 8-week on-the-job training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a General Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop a high-performing team of associates to consistently meet customer needs and store goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with the store team and customers.
  • Create a positive and productive work culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing the best store team to drive performance.
  • Exhibit professionalism in appearance, conduct, and judgment.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including managing the store's profit and loss statement and asset management.
  • Support store operations by leading associate training and onboarding, customer service, and food presentation.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and promote food safety.
  • Manage controllable costs and promote food service.

  • Adept at basic computer and math skills and have a high school diploma, GED, or Bachelor's degree.
