Compensation and Benefits

Our sales professionals are compensated based on their performance, with a salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year and above, depending on sales performance. We also offer a range of benefits, including a starting salary guarantee, paid medical and prescription plans, 401(k) with company match, employee discounts, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities

As a sales professional, you will be responsible for greeting potential customers, introducing them to options based on make, type, and quality of vehicle desired, and answering customer questions regarding car features, pricing, financing, and warranties. You will also provide test drives of vehicles and provide feedback on driving performance, develop customer relationships through follow-up and follow-through, and negotiate vehicle prices and complete paperwork for sales.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid driver's license, a college degree, high school diploma, or equivalent, and 2 years of direct customer-facing sales experience, preferably in the automotive or a similar fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
