About the Position

The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in creating and executing multichannel marketing and communication plans to support and enhance the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of new students to the university. This includes developing targeted email campaigns, creating engaging written content, and producing appealing video content.

Responsibilities

  • Content Development
    • Develop compelling email campaigns that reach the right audience segments and highlight the university's unique selling points, academic programs, student life, and career opportunities.
    • Craft clear, persuasive, and engaging written content that positions the university as a top choice for prospective students.
    • Create appealing, organic video content that attracts prospective students and encourages them to engage for more information or apply.
  • Digital Advertising
    • Create and assist in the management of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to leverage the power of online advertising and attract a qualified pool of prospective students.
    • Target the right audience by utilizing demographics, geographic, and interest-based targeting options to reach students most likely to be interested in the university.
  • Project Management
    • Maintain and optimize project management resources to ensure they are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible for all project team members.
    • Organize and categorize resources using a clear and consistent system.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience writing, editing, and creating content.
  • Experience or interest in creating engaging video content.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage project resources effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an office teamwork environment.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms or digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems or basic photo and/or video editing techniques.
