Job Purpose:

This role is accountable for overseeing all facets of sales and customer satisfaction, including the company's profitability at the top line (net margin before manufacturing variances) concerning the sale of forgings to domestic clients.

The individual will undergo training under the Sales Manager to progress to the Sales Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:
Leads a contract administration team responsible for all business at commercial sales accounts.

This role is accountable for account profit margins, delivery integrity, customer satisfaction, sales and margin forecasting, and must proficiently manage all administrative functions related to customer satisfaction from order entry to the delivery of the final product.

The incumbent is expected to possess extensive market knowledge and be capable of establishing contacts and building relationships that will foster future sales.

This position is responsible for negotiating all contracts and approving all quotations issued within the managed area.

The incumbent directs and coordinates the efforts of external field representatives to achieve new business objectives and enhance relationships with existing clients.

This role is crucial for attaining business objectives related to sales revenue and profit margins.

Qualifications:
A four-year degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Senior-level experience in Sales, customer service, contract administration, or purchasing agent roles.
5+ years of relevant experience in Aerospace, Energy, or Military market sales.
Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical engineering, forging, and/or machining.
Proficient in computer skills including MRP systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Special Skills and Physical Requirements:
Familiarity with Grafton and Dillion plants.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with professional staff and management.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time if necessary.
Excellent communication abilities.
