The Construction Manager is tasked with overseeing the operations of the regional Beneficial Use Facilities, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals set by Clean Earth, LLC senior management.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the comprehensive management of Clean Earth’s Northeastern Beneficial Use Facilities, including the coordination of approval, receipt, delivery, and placement operations, as well as maintenance and staff utilization.
- Supervise all operational and maintenance activities across project sites.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including employees at all levels, vendors, regulatory bodies, and community representatives.
- Directly manage a team of supervisors and operational staff, including laborers and technical support, while overseeing subcontractors and suppliers.
- Partner with the safety team to promote a secure and healthy work environment, emphasizing continuous improvement and employee well-being.
- Prepare and present reports for senior management and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all plans, specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements at federal, state, and local levels.
- Maintain constructive relationships with regulatory agencies.
- Oversee facility compliance, logistics, and profitability.
- Recommend improvements in work practices, manage data flow to management, control costs, and suggest equipment upgrades.
- Effectively communicate company initiatives to all team members.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental or civil engineering, environmental science, or business management is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in facility operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the management of treatment, processing, recycling, or transfer facilities.

- Proficient problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple projects.
