Key Responsibilities- Propel the organization towards a unified systems and processes philosophy across various plants.- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, control plans, and Work Instructions.- Conduct time studies and balance production lines.- Oversee tool/machine setup, verification, and troubleshooting.- Implement best practices for material flow and layout.- Accountable for executing corrective actions and proactive quality and efficiency enhancement processes.- Lead the formulation (or selection) of processing best practices based on thorough data analysis and ensure effective and efficient implementation across the organization.- Support the rollout of new product launches, equipment installations, and other significant initiatives while achieving safety, environmental, personnel development, quality, responsiveness, cost, and revenue objectives.- Collaborate with other departments and peers to establish best-in-class manufacturing engineering practices and systems.

- Monitor production metrics, scrap rates, cleanliness, safety, and optimal working conditions for operators.- Ensure that produced components meet the standards established by the Quality Department.- Advocate for a customer-centric approach and enforce all safety and environmental protocols.Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field is required.- Proficiency in operating various tools, equipment, and machinery.- Computer literacy in MS Windows and MS Office is essential.- A hands-on, ethical, articulate, and driven leader capable of acting swiftly to meet or exceed business objectives.- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively.- Adaptability to different situations or audiences.- Ability to earn respect and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, making an immediate impact.- A proven track record of driving significant performance improvements within a manufacturing context.

This includes the development and execution of standardized processes, systems, and best practices for part processing.- In-depth understanding of process control and manufacturing systems and processes.- Experience in implementing such systems.- Previous experience overseeing and leading major capital improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.- Strong problem-solving skills.- A steadfast commitment to safety in the workplace.
