The Quality Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring product excellence by providing essential technical support to engineers and scientists across various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical assistance and guidance on a wide range of technical activities.
  • Develop and propose standard operating procedures and methodologies while preparing comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of incidents to identify root causes and suggest appropriate corrective measures.
  • Engage in responsibilities that span across the Technical Specialty/Skilled Trade Function, either as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.
  • Utilize knowledge gained through hands-on experience, specialized education, or training to perform effectively in this role.
  • Follow clearly defined procedures and guidelines to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Maintain a fundamental understanding of operational routines and procedures within the designated discipline.
  • Work within established technical protocols that are well-defined, navigating through various work routines.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Support the creation, revision, and enhancement of Component Material Assessments (CMAs), collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Contribute to the Product Environmental Compliance team within the Quality Function.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, which is essential for success in this position.
