Job SummaryWe're looking for a seasoned QA professional with expertise in Quality systems, Standard Operating Procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices. Your leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop the workforce will be essential in driving our quality initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage the work of the BI Fremont Quality Assurance group, overseeing Quality Control and ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Provide technical expertise on Quality Assurance standards and identify deviations from SOPs in Quality Control operations.
- Support QA Disposition by reviewing and approving QC disposition elements, including test record reviews, CofA approval, CofC, and EM assessments.
- Review and approve QC Standard Operating Procedures and Change Controls to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Review and approve method transfers, method qualifications, and QC protocols.
- Strong experience in Quality systems, such as Deviations, Auditing, or Change Control.
- Expertise in Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food and Drug Administration, and other national and international regulatory requirements related to quality testing.
- Leadership skills with proven ability to lead, engage, motivate, and develop the workforce.
- Good interpersonal, investigative, and implementation skills.
- Demonstrated influencing, relationship building, and effective facilitation skills.
- Interpersonal effectiveness, facilitation, and organizational experience.
