Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

At HYVE Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing processes and procedures to improve our quality management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
