Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with regional leaders to put strategies into action
  • Deliver technical guidance and ensure quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • At least 15 years of experience in water resources engineering
  • Proven leadership capabilities and business insight
  • Expertise in budget management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering
  • In-depth understanding of engineering design principles
  • Experience in risk-based planning methodologies
  • Knowledge of integrating resilience into planning processes

Compensation and Benefits:

WSP provides a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, retirement savings, and more. The salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $300,000.
