WSP is looking for a proactive professional to take on the role of National Leader in Water Resource Management. This position entails spearheading a comprehensive growth strategy within the water resources sector, managing initiatives related to flood risk assessment, ecological restoration, stormwater control, and additional relevant projects. You will engage with essential clients, foster partnerships, and guide a team of practice leaders to stimulate sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute national and regional growth plans
- Interact with significant clients and collaborators
- Oversee and mentor a team of practice leaders
- Work in conjunction with regional leaders to put strategies into action
- Deliver technical guidance and ensure quality standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- At least 15 years of experience in water resources engineering
- Proven leadership capabilities and business insight
- Expertise in budget management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Engineering
- In-depth understanding of engineering design principles
- Experience in risk-based planning methodologies
- Knowledge of integrating resilience into planning processes
Compensation and Benefits:
WSP provides a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, retirement savings, and more. The salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $300,000.
