The Opportunity

The Client Relationship Manager - Physician Office Lab (POL) position is a vital role within our Abbott Rapid Diagnostic division. This position is integral to our efforts in enhancing healthcare operations through innovative medical diagnostic technologies, instruments, and solutions tailored for various healthcare settings.

The primary responsibility of this role is to meet and exceed sales targets for the Infectious Disease product line. Sales objectives will be aligned with the company's strategic vision and assigned to specific territories.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities effectively. Develop and nurture strong business relationships with clients. Strategically expand Point of Care (POC) sales initiatives. Execute sales and marketing strategies as outlined by management. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive products. Contribute to regional growth by aligning with the objectives of the Account Manager role. Provide technical expertise to assist in managing complex sales processes. Achieve sales targets while adhering to budgetary constraints. Oversee and enhance the performance of distributor sales teams within the designated territory. Support distribution partners through training, sales meetings, and marketing initiatives for Abbott's product lines. Serve as a resource for contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer follow-ups. Address and resolve any customer-related sales challenges.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business management, or a related field. A minimum of 6 years of experience in medical diagnostics or B2B sales. Familiarity with working alongside Distribution Partners. Strong grasp of sales methodologies and techniques. Proven track record in executing successful sales strategies. Demonstrated experience in POC/Capital Equipment sales.
