**Position Summary**
As a **Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager**, you will play a crucial role in providing a comprehensive suite of services, focusing primarily on commercial credit and treasury management solutions for our business clientele. Your responsibilities will include the cultivation and management of a robust portfolio of high-performing commercial relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Relationship Development**: Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing commercial clients.
- **Marketing and Sales**: Actively promote a wide array of banking services tailored to meet the unique needs of business owners.
- **Loan Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions of loans within your authority.
- **Credit Analysis**: Prepare and present thorough credit analyses and recommendations for borrowing requests.
- **Compliance Oversight**: Conduct credit reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Risk Management**: Engage in ongoing credit risk management through daily monitoring of the loan portfolio, ensuring accurate risk ratings at all times.
- **Community Engagement**: Enhance awareness of Banner Bank and its offerings through active participation in community initiatives.
- **Support Collaboration**: Assist loan support staff as needed.
- **Policy Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, security protocols, and government regulations.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field is required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).
- **Experience**: A minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development is required.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Proven ability to establish and manage new business relationships.
- Exceptional relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of local market dynamics.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the capability to underwrite and structure commercial credits.
- Familiarity with treasury management products.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to commercial lending and appraisal guidelines.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- **Salary Range**: Targeted starting salary range based on experience is $111,952 - $131,708.
