Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain long-term business and client partnerships.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve client issues and concerns effectively.
  • Facilitate open communication among our clients, their customers, and our Client Relations Team.
  • Leverage product knowledge to promote additional products and services as necessary, assisting our sales team in acquiring new clients.
  • Deliver a personalized purchasing experience and exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that order processes are completed and installation schedules are established.
  • Record client contact details, verify the accuracy of purchase orders, and relay all pertinent information to our Senior Client Relations Associates.
  • Collaborate with fellow Client Relations Associates and other Customer Service and Sales team members to achieve all sales objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or similar areas is preferred.
  • People-oriented with a strong passion for relationship building.
  • Charismatic and approachable demeanor that resonates with colleagues and clients alike.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated to enhance interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits active listening skills and demonstrates empathy towards client concerns.
  • Solution-focused and proactive in addressing unforeseen challenges.
