Position: Clinical Service Representative

Location: Dunwoody, GA - Full Time

The Clinical Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in collaborating with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and administrative teams to ensure effective patient care management and smooth operational functions within WellStreet's dynamic clinical environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Availability to work 5 out of 7 days a week
  • Willingness to undertake 13-hour shifts from 7 AM to 8 PM
  • Flexibility to rotate weekends and holidays
  • Certification from an accredited program as an MA, LPN, EMT, RN, or X-Ray Tech
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in urgent care or emergency services
  • Proficiency in venipuncture and administering injections
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of clinical procedures, medical terminology, and anatomy
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Familiarity with ICD-9 and CPT coding
  • Effective communication skills with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Physical capability to perform various tasks (standing, sitting, bending, walking) for extended periods
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training as required
  • Exemplary customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred
  • Experience in Occupational Medicine is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for examinations and assist with treatments
  • Conduct triage and obtain vital signs
  • Gather and document patient medical histories
  • Operate medical office equipment
  • Train and work within the Occupational Medicine Clinic, adhering to established protocols
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and business documents
  • Participate in quality assurance programs for laboratory compliance
  • Perform administrative duties and document all medical interventions in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and OSHA standards
  • Administer medications and perform routine clinical procedures
  • Collect laboratory specimens and conduct basic lab procedures
  • Assist with IV starts, catheter placements, and splinting when necessary
