Installation Project Coordinator

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows.

Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has established itself as the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems.

Renewal by Andersen was created with the aim of transforming the window and door replacement experience for homeowners.


The Installation Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Renewal by Andersen's installation initiatives and enhancing the customer journey associated with these projects.

This role involves effective communication with clients and field installation teams to ensure timely project execution and resolution of any issues. We seek an individual with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. This position serves as the primary liaison for our customers throughout the installation process.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all administrative tasks related to the installation process.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, installation service providers, field technicians, and management staff.
  • Coordinate installation schedules and provide homeowners with clear expectations to facilitate a smooth start and finish to their projects.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers at various project milestones.
  • Update internal and external stakeholders on project progress and timelines.
  • Address customer concerns regarding products and services, collaborating with other departments as necessary.
  • Participate in company meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and general internet usage.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency in resolving issues.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of sitting and working with computers and phones for extended periods.

  • Hourly wage of $26-28, with potential for monthly bonuses.

Schedule:
