Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at SERVPRO Team Friermuth. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in our services.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, including educational programs and networking events, to promote our brand and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the revenue growth and success of the company.
- Minimum of three years of direct sales experience, preferably in the service or restoration sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- A competitive salary range of $54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
