Job Summary

Public Health Solutions (PHS) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Network Development and Sustainability to join our team. This role will play a critical part in securing diverse revenue streams to support the growth and sustainability of the WholeYouNYC network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to diversify and grow WholeYouNYC's funding base.
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities from government agencies, managed care organizations, healthcare systems, foundations, and individual donors.
  • Develop compelling proposals and grant applications that align with WholeYouNYC's strategic goals and demonstrate the network's impact.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with funders, ensuring ongoing communication and reporting on program outcomes.
  • Lead the development and negotiation of Value-Based Payment (VBP) contracts with healthcare payers.
  • Collaborate closely with PHS leadership to ensure alignment with overall organizational strategy and financial goals.
  • Oversee the financial management of fundraising activities for WholeYouNYC, including budget development, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with PHS's Development and Marketing teams to align fundraising messaging and activities with the broader organizational strategy.
  • Stay abreast of trends in healthcare financing, social determinants of health, and community resource networks to identify new funding opportunities and inform WholeYouNYC's sustainability strategy.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or equivalent required, preferably in Public Health, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in strategic business development or consulting roles, demonstrating a proven track record of revenue growth across diverse funding areas.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare, government, and not-for-profit financing models, with a deep understanding of Value-Based Payment structures.
  • Experience in developing and managing successful grant proposals and securing funding from government agencies, foundations, and corporations.
