Space Vehicle Technician Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Assembly Expert to join our team at Blue Origin. As a key member of our New Shepard Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful development and production of our space vehicles.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assembling and installing electrical harness assemblies for various spaceflight systems.
- Evaluating electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to electrical system design and installation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Familiarity with fabricating, inspecting, and repairing wire harness assemblies.
- Prior experience with standard harnessing tools as well as measuring and layout of assembly.
- Experience with wire stripping, crimping, and splicing using both manual and automated processes.
- Experience with testing/trouble shooting tools such as a digital multi-meter, milli-ohm meter, insulation tester, or Hi-Pot test equipment.
- A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in Aerospace Avionics or related fields.
