Job SummaryAs a key member of our team, the Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for managing employee leaves, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing exceptional support to our staff. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will have experience in administering FMLA, PDL, and PFL, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee leaves, including FMLA, PDL, and PFL
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Provide exceptional support to employees and management
  • Compose correspondence and other business-related documents
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery


Requirements

  • Experience in administering FMLA, PDL, and PFL
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality


Work Environment

Our office is a friendly and warm environment, with a two-story office suite and moderate noise levels. We offer a temperature-controlled workspace and a collaborative team environment.
