Job OverviewAt Milestone Recovery, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Peer Navigator to join our team. As a Peer Navigator, you will work closely with clients as they transition from our medical detox program to community services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and guidance to clients as they navigate the recovery process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to develop and implement discharge plans
  • Provide transportation and escort services to clients for appointments with community providers
  • Document client activities and maintain confidentiality
  • Participate in supervision with the Clinical Team Lead
  • Facilitate connections to treatment, case management, housing, and other necessary resources


Requirements

  • Identify as a person in long-term recovery (18 months minimum)
  • Successfully complete Peer Recovery Coach training and obtain certification as a Certified Intention Peer Support Specialist
  • Hold a valid Maine driver's license and have a reliable vehicle for transportation


Compensation and Benefits

  • $20.00/hour - $22.00/hour
  • Extra $2.50/hour for weekend shifts
