Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to develop and implement discharge plans
- Provide transportation and escort services to clients for appointments with community providers
- Document client activities and maintain confidentiality
- Participate in supervision with the Clinical Team Lead
- Facilitate connections to treatment, case management, housing, and other necessary resources
Requirements
- Identify as a person in long-term recovery (18 months minimum)
- Successfully complete Peer Recovery Coach training and obtain certification as a Certified Intention Peer Support Specialist
- Hold a valid Maine driver's license and have a reliable vehicle for transportation
Compensation and Benefits
- $20.00/hour - $22.00/hour
- Extra $2.50/hour for weekend shifts
