POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to become a vital part of our HR department. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, possess outstanding communication abilities, and excel in a fast-paced work environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements, including room bookings, candidate travel (if necessary), and interview schedules.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for available roles.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Assist in drafting and refining job descriptions and other recruitment-related documentation.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Talent Acquisition team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and preparation of materials for recruitment events.
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members to foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support additional HR-related tasks and projects as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong understanding and adept use of digital and social media platforms.
  • Ability to simplify and convey technical concepts to a general audience.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • At least one year of experience in the EV/EVSE sector is preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a recruitment role is required.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and implementation in previous positions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, type, and write.
  • Reach with hands and arms, bend, stand on a stool or climb, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • Utilize standard office equipment such as computers, smartphones, printers, and photocopiers.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Lift files and open desk drawers and filing cabinets.

JOB TYPE: Non-Exempt
PAY: $30.00 Hourly

SCHEDULE:
8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.


WORK LOCATION: In-person (office) only, no hybrid or remote work.
