Job Overview

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to enhance our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Organize interview logistics, such as reserving rooms, arranging candidate travel if necessary, and preparing schedules.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and compatibility with open roles.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Assist in drafting and refining job descriptions and other recruitment-related documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and preparation for recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support additional HR-related tasks and projects as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Competencies:

  • Proficient understanding and effective use of digital and social media platforms.
  • Ability to simplify and convey technical concepts to general audiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in the EV/EVSE industry.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a recruitment role is required.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and implementation in previous positions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, type, and write.
  • Reach with hands and arms, bend, and use fingers and hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls.
  • Utilize standard office equipment such as computers, smartphones, printers, and photocopiers.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Lift files and open desk drawers and filing cabinets.
