Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at JMT Staffing Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a few years of clinical-based reception experience and possess strong communication and people skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, registering patients, answering phones, and performing various administrative tasks. They will also be responsible for compiling medical records, collecting co-pays, and preparing receipts.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20-21, a full benefits package, and a 401K with company match. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors
  • Register patients and update demographic information
  • Answer phones and triage calls
  • Compile medical records and prepare reports
  • Collect co-pays and prepare receipts
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed
