Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient service with empathy and care, adhering to company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
