  • Perform opening, ongoing, and closing sidework, including cleaning and sanitizing the bar area.

**Requirements**

  • Must possess a CA food handler card.
  • Ideal 3-5 years of bartending experience.
  • Clear knowledge of bartender basics, including mixes, recipes, and brands.
  • Well-versed in safe alcohol service techniques.
  • High school diploma, college degree preferred but not required.
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other team members.

**Physical Requirements**

  • Transporting and carrying objects, such as bus tubs, trays, trash cans, and food plates, up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to wipe down table tops, booth seats, and table legs, and to pick up any debris off the floor in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Must be able to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length.
