Job Summary

As a Bus Attendant at Sheraton Hotels, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Clean and set up tables, as well as perform other food service-related duties.
  • Serve water, bread, and coffee, and greet guests by name whenever possible.
  • Stack trays properly for efficient unloading and ensure proper safety standards at all times.
  • Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment, and locking doors.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company standards.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to reach common goals.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, as well as move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
