We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Digital Solutions team at Honda Aircraft Company. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to deliver strategic objectives and align with business requirements.

- Collaborate with business leaders, IT leadership, and architects to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and deliver future state Portal strategy and roadmaps to ensure the most effective delivery of enterprise information solutions.
- Stay abreast of new technologies, platforms, and approaches to improve availability, increased speed, cost reduction, and overall delivery of the Portals and Reporting application.
- Evaluate associate performance and build the team for sustained support in the portals and reporting areas.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10 years of overall IT experience.
- 7+ years of software development experience using Microsoft technologies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a team that provided enterprise portal development and implementation.
- Experience working in a startup company is a plus.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and other data sources.
- Experience with SAP and Siemens Teamcenter.
- Experience with WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus (WAS, WPS, MQ) or transferable equivalent.
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, climb ladders, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions.
- Ability to read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions.
- Ability to comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions.
