Senior Product Manager - Admin and Platform Owner Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development and success of our solutions tailored for administrators and platform owners.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and success of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of these key user groups and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary advocate for our solutions for admin and platform owner users, both internally and externally.
  • Present and influence C-level executives on key initiatives, resourcing, and growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with admin and platform owner users, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development.
  • Conduct demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in solutions for admin and platform owner users.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to develop programs and go-to-market content, including product launches, website content, social media, product videos, webinars, tradeshows, case studies, and blog posts.
  • Produce and deliver sales education materials to empower the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell our solutions.
  • Work closely with product teams to formulate our product vision and strategy, influencing the product backlog based on feedback from customers and the sales organization.
  • Develop compelling positioning and thought leadership content to establish our company as a leader in solutions for admin and platform owner users.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, customer success, or pre/post-sales/product development experience.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful product experience strategies.
  • Strong customer engagement and presentation skills, with experience delivering product presentations to large audiences.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate and execute innovative product experience ideas.
  • Experience working with a high-growth SaaS product line preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
