Buildings and Systems Engineering Supervisor

This role is responsible for assisting in determining corrective actions for damaged or worn equipment, dispatching maintenance teams, and monitoring repair status. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in determining proper corrective action for damaged or worn equipment
- Dispatch maintenance teams to complete repairs and preventative maintenance
- Monitor status of repairs and updates daily to ensure timely completion
- Conduct facility inspections and identify operational improvements
- Assist with maintaining environmental compliance and promoting a safe working environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Programming experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $6,060/monthly to $9,845/monthly. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, as well as medical, dental, and vision benefits, and other perks.
