This position is ideal for individuals eager to contribute significantly to the accounting sector, supporting the Senior Accounting Manager through exceptional project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with local teams to determine project needs, ensuring effective execution of accounting initiatives.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor relationships to fulfill project requirements, aligning with timelines and specifications.
  • Special Projects Leadership: Oversee special initiatives for the Accounting and Administrative departments, assessing needs and planning next steps.
  • Compliance Support: Aid in auditing activities to ensure adherence to standards across various centers.
  • Budget Management: Track and update project budgets and equipment delivery timelines, coordinating with necessary stakeholders.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize software tools effectively to maintain current procedures.
  • Travel Flexibility: Be prepared to travel as required to fulfill project obligations.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of logistics and warehousing processes.
  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with SAP accounting systems and Truck Mate software is beneficial. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of management.
