About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Creative Specialist to join our team at OneWater Marine. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a vital role in bringing our brand to life through captivating visual content.

Job Overview

This is a remote-based position that requires strong self-motivation and discipline. You will work closely with our Director of Creative Services and other designers to conceptualize and create high-quality visual solutions for various marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic design concepts for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, and large-format tradeshow displays.
  • Collaborate with our copywriters to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Create and maintain brand standards across our network of dealerships, ensuring consistency and integrity in all visual communications.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to produce engaging designs, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, etc.).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and versatility.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, visual identity, and design psychology.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with web-based project management tools and version control systems.
