Job SummaryThe Dialysis Care Specialist will work closely with our clinical team to provide direct patient care, educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics, and assist with administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing compassionate care and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics, such as nutrition, medication adherence, and self-care
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in healthcare preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $43,000 - $53,000 per year, depending on experience.
