As a Business Development Executive - AdTech, you will be responsible for sourcing and selling new business for Capgemini. You will develop new business in the Search, AdTech and YouTube industry, drive the sales process while leveraging Capgemini subject matter experts and executives, as needed. You will originate and qualify leads, networking, social media, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with C level executives within targeted accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and run a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Provide strategic direction and drive business with client to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and continuing customer satisfaction
  • Develop and lead the overall account plan and forecast, and provide status reports.
  • Extensive experience serving clients within the Search, AdTech and YouTube industry
  • 5 years' experience in business development roles in enterprise sales of IT and business-related services
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives within assigned sector
  • A well-documented track record of achieving annual sales quotas of $3MM- $10MM. Ability to travel extensively as required
