Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Lead to join our team at DBSI Services, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the setup of new manufacturing assembly and machining lines, as well as transferring lines from one VSM to another in a Brownfield environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up new manufacturing lines as per Industry 4.0 standards, incorporating high technology automation and digital manufacturing concepts.
• Track and present customer metrics in PQVC (People, Quality, Velocity, and Cost) to leadership.
• Prepare, maintain, and update documentation related to operating procedures, safety, and quality standards, ensuring all processes and products meet desired safety and quality standards.
• Supervise and direct the daily activities of production line workers, assigning tasks, ensuring coordination between different teams, and monitoring their performance.
• Train new hires, manage scheduling and work conflicts, monitor safety, and promote internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Job-related experience in manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience in customer service, manufacturing/supply chain, and/or operations.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership competencies and work effectively with a diverse group of employees and customers.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
