Position Overview:
The Alloy a DoubleTree by Hilton is seeking a dedicated and experienced hospitality professional to fill the role of Front Desk Supervisor. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure outstanding Guest Experience by implementing Hilton's Make It Right Program throughout the guest's journey.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective interactions with guests and hotel departments.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities and time management skills, with a focus on multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively within a team to maintain high standards of Guest Experiences.
  • Approach all situations with professionalism and sensitivity, utilizing the HEART model to address guest concerns.
  • Support the Front Office team during busy periods by engaging with guests through text messaging platforms and managing reservations from various sources.
  • Utilize analytical skills to review guest reports and anticipate needs throughout their stay.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Front Office and other departments, such as Sales, Housekeeping, and Engineering, to resolve guest issues efficiently.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Executive Management that may enhance Guest Experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to meet the hotel's operational needs during peak times, including weekends.
  • Previous supervisory experience in the service industry is essential, as this role reports directly to the Front Office Manager.
  • While extensive knowledge of hotel operations is not mandatory, it will be beneficial for success in this role.
  • Experience with Hilton brands and the OnQ system is preferred but not a requirement.
This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation at an hourly rate of $23 USD.
