Position Summary

Remote Work Opportunity

Role Purpose:
To deliver outstanding Program Management for Strategic Client Accounts servicing the Healthcare sector, which encompasses Hospitals, Clinics, Physician and Dental offices, Acute Care facilities, and Clinical Pharmacies. This role will spearhead strategic initiatives and provide robust support to National Account Sales, ensuring effective internal communication, prompt responses to client inquiries, and ultimately driving profitable growth for the Strategic Client Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a premier market presence for Clean Earth within the healthcare services sector.
  • Lead a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on achieving results.
  • Build and nurture client relationships by thoroughly understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Enhance client engagement by proposing tailored solutions to fulfill their objectives.
  • Serve as the liaison among nationwide Operational Teams, the VP of Customer Service, and Healthcare Client Relations Managers to address service-related issues at both regional and national levels.
  • Collaborate closely with National Operations Teams to ensure service delivery exceeds client expectations.
  • Facilitate the phased implementation and ongoing maintenance of the interface (API) between Clean Earth and the Strategic Client Accounts.
  • Align data for the Master Healthcare List between clients and the Clean Earth finance team.
  • Support and collaborate with the Healthcare Client Relations Manager and Account Managers.
  • Participate in meetings to provide insights and ensure that objectives are met or escalated for resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders at the Strategic Client Accounts.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary and work with the training team to develop training content for Clean Earth personnel.
  • Proactively identify and resolve program-related issues arising from any segment of the program management team (Operations, Client Service, and Finance).
  • Support and monitor Customer Service/Transportation teams to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved or surpassed.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Leadership to align performance objectives and guidance for individual contributors related to the Client.
  • Oversee direct reports as necessary.
Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management or Account Management. Strong customer service and business acumen are required. The ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is necessary. Experience with CRM systems or web-based applications, preferably Salesforce, is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and strong active listening abilities are crucial. Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while managing several tasks simultaneously is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification or other project management credentials are advantageous. A degree in chemistry, environmental studies, or biology is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in the Hazardous Waste industry is desirable. Familiarity with RCRA, DOT, and DEA regulatory frameworks is a plus.
