Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educational professional to join our team as a Special Education Instructor. This role requires a unique blend of teaching, coaching, and mentoring skills to support students with diverse needs. As an instructor, you will be responsible for creating a supportive learning environment that fosters academic, emotional, and social growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs
* Collaborate with school teams and families to deliver personalized guidance and support
* Use evidence-based instructional models to teach knowledge and skills
* Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors
* Track student growth and progress towards academic, social, and emotional goals

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role
* SPED K-12 certification or Alternative Program Certification
* Commitment to learning and implementing feedback
* Adaptability and flexibility
