About the Role

  • Lead the content strategy for the CMS, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with author, editorial, product, and engineering teams to define requirements for new projects and improve content processes.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the CMS, including content migration, organization, tagging, maintenance, and quality assurance.
  • Analyze content performance through metrics and user feedback, generating reports to inform decision-making and guide future content strategies.
  • Provide training sessions and workshops for staff on CMS tools and best practices.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field. You will also have 5+ years of experience in content management, digital publishing, or a similar role, preferably in the educational or publishing sector.

You should possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with early childhood education principles and curriculum development is a plus.

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
