About the Role
HCA Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services, seeks a skilled Nurse Educator to join its team at Medical City Denton. As a key member of our clinical education team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering evidence-based educational programs that enhance professional practice and promote quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for nursing and other healthcare personnel
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Professional Development to evaluate and adjust programs based on results
- Participate in the development and management of competency programs for licensed and non-licensed staff
- Design educational activities to address practice gaps and improve knowledge, skills, and practice

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
- 3+ years experience in an acute care setting required; 2+ years experience in clinical education preferred
- Currently licensed as an RN in the state of practice or has an active compact state license
- Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification required
