Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Education and Speech Development Specialist to provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders, developing individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with education teams to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring support for students with speech and language challenges.
  • Deliver therapy services in both one-on-one and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to drive student progress.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Active Texas SLP license, ensuring eligibility to work in the state's schools.
  • Experience working with children in educational settings, fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, facilitating effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
