Campus Experience Coordinator

The Campus Coordinator is a dynamic role that requires a unique blend of operational excellence, customer service, and event execution. As a key player in delivering a five-star customer experience, you will be responsible for animating the BrainStation campus and creating word of mouth excitement. Your primary goal will be to engage with the local community, sharing everything we offer at our campus, from workshops and events to courses in data, design, development, marketing, product, and business.
Responsibilities- Customer Service and Front Desk Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, guests, and staff.
- Facility Operations: Ensure the campus is clean, well-maintained, and ready for events and activities.
- Event Execution: Set up, manage, and execute events, including setup, teardown, catering, and other operational requirements.
- Audio/Visual Equipment Management: Set up and manage audio/visual equipment, including projectors, microphones, and TVs.
- Food and Beverage Service: Set up and clean up food, beverage, and hospitality services for courses, workshops, and events.
- Welcome Box Preparation: Prepare and package student Welcome Boxes.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to maintaining an exceptional student and/or guest experience.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as required to ensure day-to-day facility efficiency.
- Customer Service Focus: A flare for customer service and a dedication to excellence.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in self-directed work.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team Player: A team player mindset with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to follow through and accomplish any required task with enthusiasm and a positive energy.
- Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of our product offerings and the ability to speak to each of them confidently.
- Schedule Flexibility: A flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.
- Event Execution Experience: Previous experience in event execution is an asset.
- Hospitality Experience: Experience in hospitality or the food and beverage industry is an asset.
